Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate and manage ongoing projects.
- Assist in the preparation, and tracking of RFI's, Submittals, Applications, Payment Certificates, Change Orders, etc.
- Assist in reviewing, and tracking of quantities, invoices, quotes, estimates, specifications, etc.
- Other duties as necessary.
Required Experience:
- Interest and eagerness to learn.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Some knowledge and experience in municipal and private sewers/watermain, site servicing, earthworks, and road works
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Bid2Win, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, etc.
- Background in estimating, scheduling, and managing of construction projects
- Some knowledge of Ontario Provisional Standards Specifications (OPSS) and Ontario Provisional Standards Drawings (OPSD)
- Some knowledge of Municipalities and Region’s specifications and drawings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
