Royal Bay Veterinary Hospital has an opening for a Veterinary Medical Receptionist. Some weekend and evening shifts are required. Duties include answering telephones, admitting and discharging patients, booking appointments, processing client communications, processing payments, maintenance of examination rooms, inventory management, and more.
The training for this position will be at our sister clinic, Oaklands Veterinary Hospital, located in Victoria. The Royal Bay clinic will be opening in late September/early October and whoever is hired would transfer to the new clinic at that time.
