Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant/Clerk to support our team. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software tools
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally
- Support bookkeeping activities using Sage 50 or similar accounting software
- Handle customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Prepare documents for proofreading and ensure accuracy in all correspondence
- Manage administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Support office operations by maintaining supplies and ensuring a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and document proofreading
- Experience with Sage 50 or bookkeeping is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is preferred
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in an office settings.
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
