We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role focuses on turning financial data into actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
- 2–5 years of finance/FP&A or accounting experience
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements
- Experience with ERP systems
- Manufacturing experience (required)
- Bilingual: French & English (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Analyze costs, margins, and business performance
- Develop dashboards and financial insights for leadership
- Support ERP data accuracy, controls, and process improvements
- Collaborate with accounting and business teams
Pay: $4,800.00-$6,000.00 per month
