Are you a skilled collision repair technician looking for steady work at a well-run shop? Meadow Hill Staffing places qualified body techs with established collision repair facilities across the GTA — shops with consistent volume, modern equipment, and fair pay.
We currently have openings across the East GTA for technicians at all experience levels. Whether you're a licensed journeyperson or working through your apprenticeship, we want to hear from you.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Diagnose and repair collision damage to structural and cosmetic standards
- Replace and align body panels — welded and non-welded, structural and non-structural
- Perform MIG, spot, and aluminum welding where required
- Operate frame pulling and measuring equipment
- Prepare and prime vehicle surfaces ahead of refinishing
- Work closely with estimators and painters to deliver quality repairs on time
- Follow OEM repair procedures and shop safety standards throughout
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on collision repair experience — 3+ years preferred, apprentices encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with structural and cosmetic repair across various makes and models
- Strong welding fundamentals — MIG and spot at minimum
- Familiarity with high-strength steel and aluminum repair an asset
- Reliable, shows up on time, takes pride in their work
- Own basic hand tools preferred
Nice to Have — Not Required:
- 310Q Certificate of Qualification (Skilled Trades Ontario)
- Red Seal endorsement
- I-CAR certifications at any level
- OEM manufacturer training
- Aluminum welding certification
- Experience with Mitchell, Audatex, or CCC ONE estimating platforms
