We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing customized fitness programs to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels, health status, and personal goals
- Develop personalized fitness plans for clients that include exercise routines and nutritional recommendations
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form to prevent injury and maximize results
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans as needed
- Provide ongoing encouragement, motivation, and support to help clients achieve their goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
Requirements:
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Knowledge of nutrition and exercise science principles
