Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of automotive experience.
We're looking for people who:
- Love working with customers

If you've succeeded in retail, telecommunications, banking, hospitality, fitness, furniture, real estate, or another customer-focused industry, we'd love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
You'll help customers confidently purchase one of the biggest investments they'll ever make by:
- Meeting customers in-store, online, and by phone
- Conducting engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle
- Following up consistently to build long-term relationships
- Delivering a buying experience customers will recommend to friends and family
Qualifications
- OMVIC Licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organization and follow-up
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
