An opportunity exists for a dynamic, enthusiastic leader in the role of Principal at Herald School. A strong focus on students and their achievement, along with a passion for excellence are traits this leader will need to demonstrate. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in effective pedagogy and current assessment practices and will bring leadership in developing a Continuum of Support, and enhancing differentiated practices. Knowledge and experience supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities is considered an asset.
Herald School has a population of approximately 150 students. Herald School provides quality programing designed to meet the wide range of academic, social, and life-skills needs of our students. The school is also home to four specialized classrooms that support students with complex educational needs. The inclusive environment of Herald School provides each of our students with learning opportunities that are unique to our school and are designed to enrich their educational and life experiences.
