Baywash Auto Repair has been the trusted automotive repair facility for Collingwood and Southern Georgian Bay for over 20 years. We run modern shop management software (AutoLeap) with digital vehicle inspections and SMS estimate approvals. We're growing — and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
The Role
As our Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers — from the moment they drop off their vehicle through to picking it up. You'll handle estimates, repair orders, parts coordination, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers at drop-off and gather vehicle concerns Build accurate estimates and present them clearly to customers Coordinate with the foreman and technicians on repair orders Source and order parts as needed Follow up with customers throughout the day Manage the customer pickup process and explain completed work Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service background (automotive experience an asset, not required) Genuine curiosity about cars and how they work Experience with AutoLeap or similar shop management software is an asset Organized, professional, and reliable Comfortable juggling multiple customers and priorities
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings, no weekends) In-house training including AutoLeap onboarding Stable, experienced team with a foreman who runs the shop floor Immediate start available
