About the Opportunity
We are offering a hands-on opportunity for a motivated young professional to gain real-world experience in accounting, business operations, and property management. You will work directly with a business owner involved in corporate tax, accounting services, and real estate operations, gaining exposure to multiple areas of business.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
· Studying (or planning to study) business, accounting, finance, or a related field
· Looking to build practical, resume-level experience quickly
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
What You’ll Be Doing
· Assist with basic administrative and accounting-related tasks
· Help organize client files and documentation
· Coordinate schedules, emails, and follow-ups
· Arrange cleaners, maintenance, and service appointments
· Visit properties (North York/Vaughan) when needed to support operations
· Communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
· Age 18–29 (As required by the government Program)
· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and meet the requirements of the government youth employment program
· Strong organization and attention to detail
· Quick learner with a proactive mindset
· Good communication skills
· Comfortable using basic technology (Google Docs, Excel, etc.)
· Reliable and able to travel locally
