Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle and clean criminal record
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and performing cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Must be trustworthy and respectful of clients’ homes and belongings
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and other general housekeeping duties
- Follow cleaning checklists and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a high standard of quality and customer service
