Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, present our latest collections, and help clients find the perfect watch to suit their style. Your enthusiasm for watches and fashion will play an important role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Sales & Customer Engagement
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and encourages repeat visits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and personalized service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our watch collections and ensure displays remain clean, attractive, and well-organized.
Operational Excellence
- Accurately process customer transactions and manage cash register functions.
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with team members to support in-store promotions and align with digital marketing initiatives for a consistent brand experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience.
- Energetic and professional personality with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail with reliable cash handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Passion for watches and awareness of current fashion trends is considered an asset.
Schedule
Multiple shifts available based on mall operating hours.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
