Job Title: IT Sales Executive – Break/Fix & Field IT Services

Xen AI Inc. is looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to help grow our Break/Fix IT Services, Field Support, IMAC, POS Support, Network Support, and Managed IT Services business across Canada and the USA.
We are looking for someone who can connect with MSPs, OEMs, IT service providers, retail chains, and enterprise clients to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for Break/Fix IT Services and Field Technician Support.
- Contact MSPs, OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
- Promote services such as onsite IT support, POS support, printer support, laptop/desktop repair, networking, cabling, IMAC, and dispatch services.
- Send emails, make calls, and follow up with potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with procurement teams, service delivery managers, and vendor managers.
- Prepare basic service introductions, capability emails, and follow-up messages.
- Maintain lead status and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal dispatch and operations teams for client requirements.
- Help onboard new clients and support pilot opportunities.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Good understanding of IT services, Break/Fix support, MSP services, or field dispatch services.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience with clients in Canada or the USA will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Selling IT field services, onsite technician services, or managed IT services.
- Knowledge of OEM support such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, NCR, Toshiba, Zebra, Epson, POS systems, printers, and networking equipment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms.

Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives/commission. Final compensation will depend on experience and sales capability.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
