Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various tasks related to the packaging and fabrication of POULTRY products, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our operations while contributing to the overall quality of our products.
Duties
- Assist in the packaging of food products, ensuring proper labeling and quality control.
- Handling and preparation of Poultry products for distribution and retail. This includes tasks like cleaning, cutting, trimming, wrapping, and packaging poultry, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by regularly sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Follow food safety regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
- Operate basic machinery related to food processing, utilizing mechanical knowledge when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining product integrity.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
