We are seeking a fashion-forward, energetic, and customer-focused Boutique Store Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury fashion boutique. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, styling, client relationships, and delivering an elevated shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Support with the day-to-day operations of the boutique
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury in-store experience
- Provide personalized styling and wardrobe-building services to clients
- Build and maintain a strong client book through relationship building and outreach
- Proactively contact clients regarding new arrivals, promotions, events, and styling appointments
- Drive sales through confident selling, styling expertise, and product knowledge
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation standards
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and operational procedures
- Help motivate and support the sales team in achieving store goals
- Create engaging social media content including styling videos, outfit inspiration, and product features
- Maintain a positive, professional, and fashion-focused work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or boutique environments
- Strong passion for fashion, styling, and client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability and customer relationship skills
- Leadership experience or supervisory experience considered an asset
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Professional presentation and polished appearance required
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
