This is a 100% commission-based sales position with strong earning potential for motivated individuals. There is no cap on commission, meaning your income is directly connected to your effort, consistency, and sales performance.

What You’ll Do
As a Car Sales Representative, you will:
- Greet customers and create a friendly, professional buying experience
- Understand customer needs, budgets, credit situations, and vehicle preferences
- Match customers with suitable vehicles from our inventory
- Conduct test drives and confidently explain vehicle features
- Present pricing, trade-in, financing, and purchase options
- Follow up with leads, past customers, and referrals
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Maintain customer relationships to build repeat business
- Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and dealership processes
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Sales-driven, confident, and motivated by commission income
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Professional, reliable, and willing to follow up consistently
- Strong communicators who can build trust with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Goal-oriented and eager to grow in the automotive sales industry
Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC certification required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a strong asset
- Customer service experience is an asset
- English required
- Must be available to work full-time, in person

Compensation
This is a commission-only position. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales performance.
