Duties
As Site Operations Coordinator, you will become the point person on site. You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, truck and equipment reception, yard organization, basic inspections, loading, unloading and customer service at the counter.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the site and keep the yard clean, safe and functional.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules, environmental requirements and site security.
- Receive trucks, equipment, parts or goods arriving on site.
- Perform visual inspections and basic mechanical checks as needed to identify issues or follow-up needs.
- Move, load and unload trucks, equipment or goods using a wheel loader or excavator.
- Prepare areas for arrivals, departures, deliveries, pickups and returns.
- Serve customers at the counter, answer simple requests and direct them to the right resources.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, inventory and administration to ensure clear operational follow-up.
The profile we are looking for
- Experience in yard management, operations, logistics, warehousing, transportation or heavy equipment.
- Good general knowledge of heavy trucks, equipment or machinery.
- Ability to perform visual inspections and basic mechanical checks.
- Experience with a wheel loader or similar equipment.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, good judgment and a strong safety mindset.
- Excellent organization, reliability, punctuality and good customer service.
Assets
- Experience in the heavy truck industry, receiving, shipping or yard management.
- Knowledge of health and safety and environmental procedures.
- Counter experience, a valid driver's licence or training/certification to operate a wheel loader.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
