Store Manager – Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl Cookies is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure Crumbl standards are maintained
- Lead, train, and support employees
- Prepare and manage staff schedules
- Monitor labour, inventory, sales, and waste
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and product quality
- Assist with ordering and inventory management
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly
- Communicate effectively with ownership and take initiative to solve problems
- Lead by example and work alongside employees during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
