Beverage Server
- CHECK ALL STOCK LEVELS AND RE-STOCK
- POPS, WATER, HOUSE WINES, SPIRITS, BEERS, NAPKINS, STRAWS, GARNISHES ETC.
- MAKE SURE ENTIRE BAR IS CLEAN AND MEETS PUBLIC HEALTH STANDARDS
- MAKE SURE ESPRESSO MACHINE AND COFFEE GRINDER ARE CLEAN AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY
- FILL COFFEE GRINDER
- EMPTY USED COFFEE GROUNDS DRAWER AT END OF SHIFTS
- ASSEMBLE THE GLASSWASHERS ON BOTH FLOORS INCLUDING CHECKING DETERGENT/SANITIZER LEVELS
- STOCK AND PREPARE MISE EN PLACE
- GREET GUESTS AS THEY COME IN IF HOST/HOSTESS IS AWAY FROM FRONT AREA
- SUGGEST COCKTAILS, WINES OR OTHER BEVERAGES AS NECESSARY
- RE-STOCK HOUSE WINES, WATER, BEERS, POPS ETC.
- COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER FRONT OF HOUSE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE ULTIMATE GUEST SATISFACTION
