- Oversee contract administration activities throughout project execution.
- Interpret contract terms and provide guidance on obligations, compliance, and commercial considerations.
- Manage contract changes, scope revisions, and contractor claims.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks that could impact project outcomes.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support delivery objectives.
- Track contractor performance against contractual commitments and project milestones.
- Maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and project records.
- Prepare commercial updates, risk summaries, and contract status reports for project leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in contracts, commercial management, or contract administration within industrial, construction, mining, energy, or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and commercial risk practices.
- Experience administering contractor, subcontractor, and vendor agreements on active projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contract amendments, change orders, claims, and negotiations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting mining, bulk material handling, conveyor, coal, or potash projects.
- Familiarity with EPC, EPCM, or construction management project delivery models.
- Previous experience supporting shutdowns, turnarounds, brownfield projects, or major maintenance programs.

The estimated pay rate for this position is CAD $90 to CAD $125 per hour as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. Please note that this range reflects the base pay rate only and does not include any applicable bonuses or benefits.
