Stageworks Academy of the Performing Arts is a small business in Leduc, AB T9E 5T3.
Our goal is to Inspire young students 3-5 years to learn through the Performing Arts, provide a safe space for them to learn and engage students to learn in a fun and innovative way.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in their area of expertise and MUST have Level 3 Early Childhood Educator or equivalent.
Duties:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Performing Arts Education a Must
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in the field
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in [related field] or Minimum Level 3 Child Care
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Passion for education and helping others succeed
- Certification or licensure in relevant area (if applicable)
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
