Our multi-practice law firm is seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to work full-time on-site at our office in Concord, Ontario. You will provide critical support to a team of 8-10 lawyers at our Business and Tax Law firm.

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented and proactive Administrative/Legal Assistant to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and writing skills, attention to detail, and good judgment.
This entry level full-time in-person role involves assisting with drafting of legal documents and preparation of record books, organizing and managing case files, and providing office and administrative support in a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities
- assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
- assist lawyers with preparing for client meetings, organizing materials and filing.
- provide administrative support to team of 8-10 lawyers
Qualifications
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- excellent proofreading, writing skills, and attention to detail.
- some familiarity with legal software such as PClaw, Teraview, Unity is a bonus.
- good communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
Pay: $43,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
