We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs,
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness practices.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all licensing regulations and professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout each session.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively and responding empathetically to client needs.
Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
