About the Role
As a Service Consultant, you’ll be the main point of contact between customers and technicians. You’ll handle service requests, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Listen to concerns and create accurate work orders

Explain recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly

Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently

Provide updates and get approvals for additional work

Schedule appointments and manage workflow

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

Assist with estimates, parts coordination, and some admin tasks

Good communication and customer service skills

Comfortable with computers or quick to learn new systems

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Admin experience is an asset
