What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the team during your shift to keep the store running smoothly
- Delivering exceptional customer service in-store, online, and over the phone
- Making delicious pizzas and ensuring every order meets our quality standards
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and safe
- Handling cash, tills, and shift paperwork
- Helping with inventory and store tasks
- Completing opening or closing procedures

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 Years of Age
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English
- Experience leading a team is an asset but not required; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

6-Week Training & Pay Progression
We believe in setting you up for success. All Shift Runners follow a structured 6-week training program designed to build confidence, skills, and leadership ability.
During your training, you will:
- Learn how to make exceptional Domino’s pizza to brand standards
- Master food safety, quality control, and operational procedures
- Learn how to run a shift, manage peak periods, and support your team
- Develop leadership and communication skills essential for store management
Starting Wage: $18.25/hour
As you complete training milestones and become fully certified in your role, wage increases may apply based on skill progression, performance, and role readiness.
