Known for providing comfortable accommodations and friendly service, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving operational and financial success.

- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Drive revenue performance and manage operating budgets to meet financial targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and overall profitability.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and actively manage the hotel’s online reputation.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Perform and coordinate routine repair and maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Manage payroll and effectively control labor costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community and corporate market.

- Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience.
- Proven supervisory experience within the hotel industry.

- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and team development.
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A true passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Need to be a citizen, permanent resident, or have a work permit.
