Landscape Construction Lead Hand
· 5-10 years experience in all aspects of Landscape Construction.
· Self Motivated.
· Ability to perform all aspects of landscape construction included but not limited to: Interlocking Brick, concrete forming and pouring, armourstone and SRW retaining walls, grading, sodding and planting.
· Ability to operate Mini Excavator and Skid Steer.
· Knowledge of various construction equipment and safety guidelines.
· Ability to plan, set up and execute projects with minimal supervision.
· Strong Horticultural skills with good knowledge of plant material would be an asset.
· Knowledge of various construction equipment and safety guidelines.
· Ability to lift, crouch, stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Valid G class license with CLEAN drivers abstract. A/R license would be an asset.
· Preference will be given to those with Landscape Industry Certification.
· Availability to perform all aspects of snow and ice management over winter months
· Wages and compensation will be negotiated

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
