Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Stampede Booth Attendants to represent our brand at the BMO Center during upcoming events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the public, showcase products, and contribute to a lively event atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively connect with diverse audiences. As a booth attendant, you will be the face of our company, providing information, conducting product demos, and ensuring visitors have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet event attendees with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming environment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers
- Engage visitors through marketing activities and promote event offerings or products
- Assist with sales transactions and distribute promotional materials or samples
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly and confidently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the booth area throughout the event
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operation
- Represent the brand positively during all interactions, embodying professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently in public speaking scenarios
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse audiences effectively
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to engage with people of all ages in a professional manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during event days
- Comfortable demonstrating products or conducting presentations in front of groups
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with booth setup and breakdown
Pay: $15.00 per hour
