NexHome is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to help expand our contractor network across Canada.
This is not a traditional employee recruiting position. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing, contacting, screening, and onboarding contractors in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, and other home service industries.
Responsibilities:
- Source contractors through online directories, Google, social media, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Make outbound calls to contractors and business owners.
- Introduce NexHome and explain partnership opportunities.
- Gather information about:
- Services offered
- Products installed
- Service areas
- Monthly installation capacity
- Licensing and certifications
- Insurance coverage
- Warranty and service capabilities
- Collect onboarding documents and maintain contractor records.
- Follow up with prospective contractors.
- Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal tracking tools.
- Build and maintain a strong contractor network across multiple regions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and computer systems.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities.

Performance Expectations:
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractor conversations.
- Consistently identify and onboard qualified contractor partners.
- Help expand NexHome's contractor network in current and future markets.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
