Work Type and Compensation: Temporary ( 2 Months) , Flexible, Part -Time (10-20 Hours / Week)
Pay Type: Hourly ($17.60)
Position Overview:
MyEthnikRentals is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused temporary Stylist (short term - 2 months) to deliver a seamless, exceptional styling service through both in-person and virtual appointments. This role is client-facing and plays a key part in guiding customers through the full rental journey. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding customers through the rental process, recommending suitable ethnic rental options, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You will Do:
- Conduct in-person appointments with clients visiting our rental showroom.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate ethnic rental options based on their preferences and event requirements.
- Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to enhance the customer experience.
- Process rental orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate virtual appointments through video conferencing platforms, offering the same level of service as in-person appointments.
- Receive items back after the rental period and conduct a Quality Check of all the rental items.
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring all rental items were displayed attractively.
- Open and close the store on days you will be in-charge.
- Stay updated on current trends in ethnic fashion and rental industry practices.
- Assist and participate in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g., styling tips, try-ons, behind-the-scenes).
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods of time.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing fittings, sales, and garment preparation simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
