Laurier Optical is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant - Optical (Eyewear) Lab to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our eyewear lab, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Unpack customer orders prior to lens production
- Match lenses from stockroom with corresponding customer orders
- Match incoming inventory with pending customer orders
- Pack finished eyewear products for delivery to retail stores
- Perform administrative tasks to support lab operations
- Maintain organized workspaces and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a lab or inventory environment is an asset
