Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to play a pivotal role in the commissioning and long-term success of our client’s manufacturing facility in Woodstock, ON!
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Millwright is a key technical partner responsible for the mechanical integrity and operational flow of the facility. The successful candidate will assist with identifying the root causes of process failures and proposing innovative solutions, leveraging their deep understanding of automated equipment to drive continuous improvement across all industrial systems.

- Job Type: Full-time, permanent.
- Shift Structure: Day shift – Monday to Friday.
- Compensation: $37.82 to $39.90 to start
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the site’s primary technical resource for all mechanical systems, providing high-level diagnostics and solutions.
- Proactively optimize existing machinery and production lines to maximize uptime and equipment longevity.
- Execute precision repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermal systems.
- Utilize welding and fabrication skills to create custom solutions, modify equipment, and perform structural repairs.
- Accurately read and analyze mechanical plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installations.
- Manage the upkeep of building infrastructure and auxiliary systems to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of machinery and facilities to identify and mitigate potential mechanical risks.
- Maintain the highest safety standards for all fluid power and mechanical equipment, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Industrial Mechanical Millwright Certification (433a) and/or a Diploma/Degree in a related mechanical field
- Must possess a good knowledge of industrial equipment
- Must have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant
- Must have a valid G Driver’s License
- Must be able to communicate openly and work well under pressure
