We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and organized individual to join our multidisciplinary team in a dual role as a Kinesiologist and Clinic Administrator.
This position combines hands-on rehabilitation support with front desk and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both client care and clinic operations.
What you’ll do
Clinical / Kinesiology Responsibilities
- Work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, multidisciplinary care.
- Guide clients through individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, movement, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Assist clients in achieving functional goals and returning to work, sport, and daily activities safely.
- Support treatment sessions through exercise supervision and client progression.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation using EMR systems.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
Administrative / Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Manage front desk operations including client check-in and check-out.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general client inquiries professionally.
- Process payments, billing, and insurance-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate communication between practitioners and clients to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Assist with inventory management, clinic supplies, and general administrative duties.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (preferred).
- Previous experience in a clinic, rehabilitation, medical, or customer service environment is an asset.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and rehabilitation principles.
- Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
