Job Overview
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of returns for carts and trays from our customers, while adhering to biosecurity protocols. This role requires regular unloading of shipments and involves repetitive heavy lifting. The use of necessary equipment, such as forklifts, may be required. The Warehouse Team Member should recognize how their performance impacts other business functions that rely on the accuracy and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
Job Duties
- Conduct daily vehicle and safety inspections
- Unload Roelands Plant Farms trucks for deliveries and returns from customers
- Unload chassis with the required materials
- Organize the warehouse and maintain cleanliness
- Prepare and clean trays for shipments
- Prepare, clean, and/or disassemble carts for shipments
- Transport carts between the greenhouse and the warehouse
- Assist with deep cleaning the floors when necessary
Requirements
- This position requires heavy lifting, repetitive tasks that require physical strength, and long periods of standing.
- The greenhouse and warehouse environments are typically hot and humid. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.

Pay: $19.15 per hour
