Are you an experienced residential cleaner who enjoys building relationships just as much as delivering exceptional service?
UrbanMop is looking for a Client Experience Lead (CEL)—a unique leadership opportunity for experienced cleaning professionals ready to take the next step in their career.
Instead of cleaning homes full-time, you'll visit clients after their first recurring cleaning, perform quality checks, ensure our standards are met, support our cleaning team, and help create an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation
- Earn approximately $350–$450 per week based on current demand
- Typically 7–9 client visits per week (about 30 to 45 mins duration per client visit)
- $50 per completed client visit
- Paid mileage between appointments
- Flexible schedule that allows you to plan your day
What You'll Do
Visit new recurring clients after their first cleaning
Perform quality inspections Answer client questions and build trust
Coach and support cleaners Identify concerns before they become complaints
Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone
- Eligible to work in Canada
