Position Overview
This role is the backbone of the kitchen. The Dishwasher / Prep Cook keeps things running smooth behind the scenes while supporting the team during prep and service.
It’s a fast-paced, hands-on position — ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a strong team.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and maintain dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish pit and kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with food prep (chopping, portioning, basic prep tasks)
- Support cooks during service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Help with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Jump in where needed — team-first mindset
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
