Salary: $65,000-$90,000
Our client, a well-established and growing full-service law firm with multiple offices across Western Canada, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its Chilliwack office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident real estate professional looking to join a collaborative team with a strong reputation for client service and professional excellence.
The successful candidate will independently manage a busy residential conveyancing practice while working closely with lawyers, clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Prepare and complete residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, mortgages, and builder transactions.

Conduct title searches and review title documentation to identify and resolve potential issues.

Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions with clients, financial institutions, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Review legal documents and perform due diligence to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare closing documents, statements of adjustments, and facilitate the completion of transactions.

Maintain accurate file records and ensure deadlines are met.

Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential real estate conveyancing.

Ability to independently manage approximately 20–30 transactions per month.

Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and land title processes.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Experience with Unity, GoVeyance, Resolve, or similar conveyancing software is considered an asset.

Experience with commercial real estate and/or wills & estates is an asset but not required.
