The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of retail and dealer accounts with a particular focus on the Quebec market. This is a relationship-focused sales role with responsibility for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
(1) Build and maintain strong relationships with licensed retailers and dealers
(2) Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts
(3) Promoting Green Peak Wholesale Inc. and its goods to the market
(4) Teaching clients about all relevant goods and/or services
(5) Developing effective solutions to customer problems
(6) Keeping organized records and tracking progress toward business goals and quotas
(7) Providing written reports to Green Peal Wholesale Inc. in a form and frequency requested by Green Peal Wholesale Inc.
(8) Maintain compliance with all Green Peak Wholesale’s internal shipping and company policies as well as local, provincial, and federal law
(9) Perform other duties as assigned by Green Peak Wholesale; and
(10) You agree to fulfill your job responsibilities diligently, honestly, faithfully and to the best of your abilities at all times in compliance with the directions and instructions of Green Peak.

The ideal Candidate has the following qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma, however preference will be given to individuals with additional technical education and/or post-secondary background.
- Previous sales and/or business development experience will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication and negation skills
- Competent with computers and various operating systems.
- Familiar with safety procedures in the workplace.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with firearms/ammunition industry is an asset
- Available Monday-Friday full-time, with evening & weekend overtime and travel as required.
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
- French language proficiency is mandatory
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid Restricted Firearm Possession and Acquisition Licence required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile.
