Office Administrator – Kingswood Academy
Kingswood Academy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key leadership and administrative role that supports the daily operations of our private school and early learning centre.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from an accredited university (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and spreadsheet management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Experience in administration, human resources, payroll, or educational settings is considered an asset
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and managing payroll
- Managing admissions and enrollment procedures
- Maintaining and updating children's files and records
- Conducting tours for prospective families
- Assisting with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee files
- Preparing and submitting monthly subsidy reports
- Preparing and submitting monthly and annual government reports
- Maintaining accurate administrative records and databases
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations and communications

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. They must be comfortable working with data, government reporting requirements, and confidential information while contributing positively to our school community. Strong leadership skills and previous supervisory experience are essential.

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
