We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential buildings and office spaces. This role requires strong time management, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize residential units, common areas, and office spaces
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces
Clean washrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms
Empty garbage and replace liners
Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed
Report maintenance issues or damages to management
Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment
Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards
Requirements
Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation is an asset
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
