Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Duties
- Clean and detail vehicles both inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them accordingly
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in a professional and appealing manner before delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns related to vehicle appearance
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in vehicle detailing
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for understanding customer needs and reporting issues
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods
