Project Manager Design/Build & General Contracting
We are an established Design/Build and General Contracting company specializing in condominium and high-rise residential construction projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing project schedules, budgets, consultants, subcontractors, and site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and general standards
- Estimating, tendering, and value engineering when required
- Resolve project issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Experience in condominium and high-rise construction required
- Strong knowledge of Design/Build and General Contracting processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Office Suite
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction regulations

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
