We’re a fast-growing company in the sports industry looking for motivated individuals to join our Live Chat Sales & Account Management team. This is a customer-focused sales role where you’ll primarily communicate with clients through live chat and messaging platforms.

What You’ll Do
As part of our Live Chat team, you will:
- Assist customers through live chat and online messaging
- Build relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Handle inbound inquiries and sales opportunities
- Maintain fast, professional, and friendly communication
- Work in a fast-paced team environment focused on performance and customer satisfaction
This role is primarily chat-based, with minimal phone communication when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working on computers and chat platforms
- Motivated to meet targets and earn commissions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full-time availability (40–48 hours/week, including weekends)
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, online support, or sales
- Interest or knowledge in sports
No experience required — paid training provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $18 CAD/hour
- Additional commission paid in USD
- Potential earnings up to $8,000+ CAD/month during peak season
Commission Potential
- Low Season (Mar–Jul): $800–$1500+ CAD/month
- High Season (Aug–Feb): $2000–$8,000+ CAD/month
