Seeking Law Clerks with skills and abilities in the following areas:
preparation of financial documents and disclosure in family law; preparation of pleadings in civil and family law proceedings; creations of Case Conference Briefs; Familiarity With DivorceMate and Net Family Property Statements; creations of Settlement Conference Briefs; creation of Trial Management Conference Briefs; Case Lines in court filing; creation of Court Orders; Account preparation; self-reliant in the area of docketing; familiar with Family Law Rules and Rules of Civil Procedure; creation of wills and powers of attorney; estate filings and probate; criminal law and disclosure.
Remuneration ($35-$36 per hour with incentives and training)
