We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our pharmaceutical products, from market introduction to ongoing management. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in ensuring product success and supporting business development efforts. This is a contract position based in Winnipeg.
Duties
Product Support & Strategy
- Provide support for the development and implementation of product strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in the development of product-related materials for internal and external use
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product alignment and success
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry partners
- Support partnership, strategic alliance, and technology transfer initiatives
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all product-related activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate and organized product documentation and records
Experience
Experience & Education
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in product management, sales, or a related field being an asset
- A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and branded generic products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with standard computer software applications

Pay: $39,323.10-$124,248.60 per year
