We are looking for a skilled butcher who is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has strong people skills alongside solid cutting ability.
Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, portion, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other proteins
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked meat displays
- Assist customers with product recommendations, cooking advice, and custom orders
- Grind, skewer, marinate, and prepare value-added products
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Help with receiving, organization, and rotation of inventory
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation
- Collaborate with the team to support daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous butcher or meat-cutting experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers daily
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset
- Passion for food, cooking, and hospitality
