Seeking a superintendent or superintendent couple for residential apartment buildings in the GTA . The selected applicant(s) will oversee two sites approximately 5 minutes apart by car. Accordingly, a vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
Administrative responsibilities include: performing incoming and outgoing inspections, collections, leasing and application process, answering portal inquiries to residents requests and concerns, scheduling and overseeing contractors for turnover units. As well as, overall day to day needs of the building.
All Repairs and Maintenance include both in common areas of the building(s) and in suite. Minor electrical and plumbing, replace light fixtures, plugs and switches, fuses. Troubleshoot appliance repairs in suite, heating, cooling and ventilation systems in the building(s). Cleaning responsibilities are isolated to common areas.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing English . This is a full-time live in position working with site staff at another building nearby to co-ordinate coverage on days/weekends off and evenings.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill level and includes an apartment in the building. Six month probation and a benefits plan will apply once employment becomes permanent.
