HR Made EZ is work with a Canadian clean-tech company transforming how homes are designed and built through net-zero, prefabricated mass-timber construction. As we scale our advanced manufacturing operation in Brockville, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive awareness, leads, and growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who loves creating content, managing campaigns, and turning strategy into action. You'll work directly with our CEO, Sales Managers, and external marketing partners to execute a proven marketing system across digital channels, events, and business development initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, trade shows, and RFP support
- Create engaging, on-brand content that tells our story
- Manage HubSpot campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales handoffs
- Coordinate external marketing and paid media partners
- Support trade shows, events, and proposal development
- Track performance and report monthly marketing KPIs
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of marketing coordination or execution experience
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms
- Social media and email marketing expertise
- Event or trade show coordination experience
- A detail-oriented approach to accuracy and brand consistency
