RJames Western Star (a division of RJames Management Group Ltd.) offers sales, maintenance and repair of heavy trucks and semi-trucks. We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team at our Kamloops shop.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promoting excellent customer relations, safe work practices, efficient operational procedures and ensuring quality work
- Ensure effective communication with customers and staff
- Managing department budget, expenses and staff
- Continually assist, train, supervise and motivate staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management position
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with Continuous Improvement programs is an asset (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Elite Support)
- Previous industry experience is an asset
