Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to facilitate program activities and events.
- Monitor program progress and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on program status and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting processes and financial management.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office software applications.
